In Versilia con Yamamay
Yamamay mi ha invitato a trascorrere un weekend davvero speciale a Lido di Camaiore, in Toscana. Un weekend di assoluto divertimento, trascorso alternando momenti di puro relax a sessioni di fitness. Tutto per girare un episodio per uno show che andrà prossimamente in televisione su Rai 1! Si tratta di un progetto top secret per cui non posso ancora svelarvi che cosa abbiamo fatto, ma prestissimo ve ne parlerò.
Sono arrivato in Toscana da Milano già venerdì sera (come vi avevo anticipato nel mio ultimo post… se ve lo siete perso, potete leggerlo cliccando qui). Sabato, al mio risveglio, ho visto il mare dalla finestra della mia camera d’albergo, che mi ha subito dato il sorriso e la carica necessaria per affrontare la giornata. Dopo colazione sono sceso in spiaggia e lì sono iniziate le varie attività. Insieme ai tanti altri blogger e fitness blogger abbiamo fatto lezione di well dance sulla sabbia dorata della Yamamay Beach indossando i costumi della nuova collezione mare 2015. La mia giornata è proseguita poi tra chiacchiere sulla sdraio e bagno in mare. Ho anche avuto l’opportunità di conoscere la simpaticissima Alessia Ventura (se mi seguite su Snapchat l’avrete vista in uno dei miei video! Mi trovate come @robertoderosa). L’ora del tramonto è molto suggestiva a Lido con il sole che scende direttamente sul mare. Momento perfetto per l’ultima lezione della giornata, il pilates. Dopo la doccia, siamo andati a cena e poi tutti a scatenarci alla Capannina di Forte dei Marmi.

Yamamay invited me for a very special weekend in Lido di Camaiore, Tuscany. I really relaxed but also enjoyed the fitness sessions. We were shooting an episode for a show that will be soon on air (italian tv only, sorry!).
I arrived in Tuscany from Milan on Friday (as I told you in my latest post… if you missed it, you can read it by clicking here). On Saturday I woke up, and I saw the sea from the window of my hotel room, that immediately put a smile upon my face and gave me the energy to start the day. After breakfast I went to the beach where the activities were about to start. Along with many other bloggers and fitness bloggers we had a “well dance” lesson on the golden sands of Yamamay Beach, wearing the swimsuit of the 2015 beachwear collection. My day went on between chatting and working on my tan. I also had the opportunity to know a lovely italian show-girl, Alessia Ventura (if you follow me on Snapchat you may have seen her in one of my videos! My nickname is @robertoderosa). The sunset is very suggestive to Lido, the sun goes down on the sea so gently and beautifully. It was the perfect time for the last class of the day, pilates. After showering, we went to dinner and then to the best disco of Tuscany’s coast, “Capannina” in Forte dei Marmi.
