Amsterdam Travel Guide with Eastpak
Se mi seguite su Instagram (mi trovate come @robertoderosa) saprete che la scorsa settimana sono stato ad Amsterdam per un weekend speciale. Il clima di maggio mi ha sorpreso con un vento abbastanza forte e sporadiche piogge, ma non fa nulla. Sono comunque riuscito a visitare la città, seguendo l’itinerario un po’ diverso della Travel Guide di Eastpak. Assolutamente consigliata per scoprire angoli splendidi della città, meno battuti dai turisti. Il posto che ho preferito di più è stato Le Cafè de Jaren, un restaurant&bar molto particolare con una terrazza caratteristica che dà sui canali. La vista è molto suggestiva e ottima è stata anche la tazza di thè bollente alla menta che ho gustato, per riscaldarmi tra una tappa e l’altra del mio tour. Sempre accompagnato dal mio fedele zainetto Eastpak, che conteneva, oltre all’indispensabile ombrello, la mia macchina foto e tutto il necessario per le mie giornate. Rispetto agli zaini che ero solito usare ai tempi del liceo – ve li ricordate i classici zaini monocolore con il logo?! Molto anni ’90 – ora il brand ha ampliato il suo catalogo con tantissimi nuovi modelli, tra cui quello che mi vedete portare a spalle nelle foto. Lo possiedo già da diverso tempo, lo avete infatti già visto in un vecchio post (che potete trovare cliccando qui) ed è diventato un must irrinunciabile durante quei viaggi in cui so che camminerò molto.

If you followed me on Instagram (find me as @robertoderosa) you’d know that last week I went to Amsterdam. It was a special weekend, despite the climate surprised me with a quite strong wind and occasional rain, but it doesn’t matter. I visited the city following the Eastpak Travel Guide. I absolutely recommend it to discover beautiful corners around the city. The place I liked the most was Le Cafe de Jaren, a restaurant & bar with a very special distinctive terrace, overlooking the canals. The view was very impressive and also the cup of mint tea was awesome, it warmed me up between one stop and another. My traveling companion has been my Eastpak backpack, filled with the bare necessities, such as the umbrella, my camera and some extra batteries… Compared to the backpack I used to wear in highschool – do you remember classic backpacks with logo? So 90’s babe! – the brand has expanded its catalogue with new models, including the one that you see me wearing in the pictures below. I have been owning it for a while now, you have already seen it in an old post (which you can find by clicking here) and it has become a must during my latest walking trips.
