New York Fashion Week Day 1
Sono più che felice che sia iniziato questo mese, Settembre, che da sempre ospita le sfilate dedicate alla moda donna per la prossima primavera ed estate 2016. Quattro settimane molto intense da trascorrere in altrettante città lontane del mondo, tra le mie preferite in assoluto. La prima ha luogo a New York. Ed eccomi qui a raccontarvi il primo look che ho scelto di indossare il mio New York Fashion Week Day 1.
Un look che ho ideato essenzialmente partendo da due capi di cui mi sono innamorato non appena ho posato lo sguardo sopra. Il primo è il mio nuovo cappello, di feltro nero con le tese medio-larghe, che si è rivelato molto utile quando la pioggia ha iniziato a bagnare le vie della città, ed io mi trovavo a camminarci per spostarmi da un evento all’altro. Il secondo è un pezzo che adoro letteralmente: un gilet oversized di lana rasata tagliato a vivo, color grigio antracite, che trovo molto interessante se abbinato come ho fatto io a un look basic sul nero composto da una tee-shirt, un paio di jeans e degli stivaletti modello beatles.
Non mi resta che lasciarvi alle foto, in cui mi vedete insieme alla mia amica Laura con cui condivido questa magnifica esperienza. Insieme ci siamo recati a vedere le sfilate di Desigual e di BCBGMAXAZRIA. I am so happy this month, September, started because it means that also fashion weeks time started! Four intense weeks meant to enlight us all on the newest trends for the upcoming 2016 spring and summer women’s fashion. Four beautiful cities around the world to visit. The very first one takes place in New York. So here I am now, showing you the first look I chose to wear during my New York Fashion Week Day 1.
I created my look essentially around two main pieces which I fell in love of as soon as I laid my eyes on them. The first is my new hat, a wide one in black felt, that has become very useful when it started to rain on the streets of the big city, and I was walking from one event to another. The second is a piece that I’m literally in love with: an oversized vest made by light wool with raw cut, of an anthracite gray color, which I find very interesting when paired with a basic black look, consisted in a tee-shirt, a pair of jeans and some beatles booties.
